Halloween Party Details!!!!!
Hey everyone!!! I hope you are all getting excited for the annual Droopys Halloween Party. Here are all the details to go with whatever you might have heard:
Date: Monday October 29th
Time: 6:30-8:30 PM

Just like last year it will be Potluck (Did I spell that right?)...speaking of Potluck...no one has every actually explained the meaning of that word to me.
anyway...also just like last year this IS a costume party...and there WILL be prizes given away to the most amazing costumes of the night...
Categories may include the following:
Best Overall Costume
Most Creative
Worst Costume
Best Rick Warren Costume
as for the Potluck side of things...
Here's the Tasty Treat Breakdown (Or T.T.B.)...
Black and Gold Droopy Girls (Alyssa and Lacey): Desserts. Cookies, brownies, ice cream, cupcakes, those tasty little lemon squares with the powdered sugar on them...oh man...how about everyone just brings those.
Black and White Droopy Boys (Taffy & Randy): Snack-like-things...aka SLT's (chips, dip, pretzels, cheese and crackers, fruit, vegetables, apples, pears, lemons, limes, squash, taco bell mild sauce, churros, black beans, rice, squirrel, antelope, other assorted game meat, exotic fish)
Black and Gold Droopy Boys (Mark, Joel, David): Main Dishes (little taquitos, burritos, pizza, bean dip, whatever)
Black and White Droopy Girls (Alice, Sue, Ali): Bring whatever you want!!! You can bring desserts, snacks, tacos, you can bake me a birthday cake. The only thing you can't bring is a golden retriever since mine will already be there and she gets very jealous.
Finally...
here are the directions real simple because the nearest gate will be closed...
From Saddleback Church:
Left on Santa Margarita Parkway
Right on Melinda
Left on Heatherglen (The third gate on the left)
Just tell them you are going to the Hughes' house
First Left on Fieldbrook
Left at the dead end on Stillwater
Right on Westcliff (up the hill)
Left on Walnut Grove
Left on Stoneybrooke at the dead end
Right on Greystone
4th House on the right...long driveway back in the corner
If any of this doesn't make sense, call taffy ;)

Save the Date: Droopys Halloween Costume Party!!!!
That's right, people! It is time for our second Droopys Halloween Costume Party 2007!!!!!!! If you were there last year, you know that:
a. It was very awesome
b. We ate A TON of food
c. The costumes were superb
This year should be even better! So get your costumes and save the date. We will post more details about what food or drinks to bring. But here is what we know so far:

C-Groups are almost here!!!
Hello parents and students!
Good seeing all of you who were there tonight!!! Anything you didn't pick up we will have for you at C-Group on Tuesday October 9th, the first night of C-Group. Check back on this site for updates on everything. We will try and put all the details for everything here. As of right now, here are just a few things to look forward to:
October 9th: First night of C-Group (At the Haan's house...where we were at the end of last year)
November 2-3: First ever C-Group Retreat!!!
...hopefully you boys can all go to the retreat. This is a new event that Wildside is really excited about, and we are too! We get to hangout and get to know each other an hour a week, but this trip will be two days worth of quality time :) oh and probably lots of chaos too.
Love you boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
